We liked every detail about our very enjoyable 3 nights stay here.

We loved this stay. Our stay here was fine, great place for exploring San Jose. Its location was central, a short walk to Pre-Columbian Gold Museum. The hotel itself was in a central area.

The buffet breakfast was wonderful and had variety of meals. The location was cool, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a historical cathedral. I've had a good stay for the women and always a good time.

Overall, it's cozy base for exploring San Jose attractions. Perfect location for our visit to an urban park a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

We had a great stay at this comfortable and grand old hotel. All the staff were friendly, amicable. The property had a central setting close to many restaurants.

Shame the bathroom was old.

The hotel was an enjoyable base for enjoying a downtown area, close enough to museums as well as shopping centers. The staff were pleasant, the breakfast was great with lots offood. Liked it.

It was really enjoyable time in San Jose. Great service, competent staff, breakfast was sumptuous, bed was nice. I loved the room, which was regular double and executive king. The lobby bar in the hotel had lots of complimentary beers, cocktails, coffee and gins throughout the day. Besides, it had fine internet, handy to surf the net.

Pretty poor staff, well-maintained and fully functional room. The view from my room was idyllic. The building itself was extremely clean with a quiet garden.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Continental breakfast was fresh, location adjacent to beach. The staff was very amicable, outstanding service. Lovely reception. The weather was lovely, had very good stay.

Totally a WONDERFUL experience. The room was fine and good and the beds were soft. Unbeatable location for visiting restaurants and bars. All facilities were basic too.

All in all, it was vacation base for traveling to San Jose. There was plenty of food, in general it was great. Very convenient, unbeatable location.

The bed was hard, that's sad thing.

Particularly nice breakfast, they offered fruit, yogurt, cereal, bacon and slices of fresh bread. Exceptional view, a great balcony, super bed, too. Excellent cocktails, gins, beers and liquors in the swim-up bar, paid parking place.

Facilities were wonderful, yet Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel was interesting and I loved the streets of San Jose. The restaurant had outstanding food. Early check-in. Nice stay in this property.

Liked it - the place is secured and suited me fine. The rooms fairly clean. Central location, at a short distance from a tropical park.

Incredible base for exploring San Jose. So close to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.

We truly enjoyed rooms and service of this venue. Had some takeout meals at Tico Burguesas, set really close to the hotel, we couldn't resist.

location a few steps away from everything we needed, like plaza de la cultura. one could dine at restaurants such as mariscar 15 minutes away.
